Calculate the cooking time.

Cook on 70% for first half of cooking time. Turn
over, remove juices.
Stage 2:
Cook on 50% for second half of cooking time.
Stage 3:
Cook on DUAL - 2, 50% for the final 4 minutes of
cooking time. Stand for 6 - 8 minutes after cooking.
