EXPRESS DEFROST
AUTO COOK
NOTES for EXPRESS DEFROST
•
To manually defrost, press the power level to P-10 or P-30.
Select the time required and press the Start key.
•
If necessary, shield small areas of meat or poultry with flat pieces of aluminium foil.. This will
prevent the areas from becoming warm during defrosting.
Ensure the foil does not touch the walls.
•
Do not cook the meat or poultry until thoroughly defrosted.
AUTO COOK enables you to cook foods listed on the control panel and
the chart on page 14. Follow the example below for details on how to
operate this function.
2. Enter the weight by pressing
the
WEIGHT
keys until the
desired weight is displayed.
1. Select the menu required by
pressing the
JACKET POTATO
once.
3. Press the
START/
AUTO MINUTE
key to
start cooking.

To cook two Jacket Potatoes (460g) by

WEIGHT RANGE for EXPRESS DEFROST
•
Weight all meat and poultry prior to cooking/defrosting as the labelled weight is only approximate.
•
Food weight should be rounded up to the nearest 0.1kg, for example, 065kg to 0.7kg.
•
You are restricted to defrost a weight within the range given in the charts.
(for patato, up to 3)
The display will count down
through the cooking time.
