Spare Ribs

1 kg pork spare ribs
3 tbsp. (corn) oil
[ Seasonings ]
3 tbsp. light soy sauce
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
3 tbsp. dry sherry or wine
5 tbsp. pork broth
Salt, sugar, chopped garlic to taste

0.9 kg pork loaf

Pork Steaks with Onion Sauce
[ Ingredients ]
650g (4-6 pcs) pork steaks

1 tomato, sliced
1 tbsp. oil
Black pepper, Honey to taste
[ Seasonings ]
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. dark soy sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. wine
1 tsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste
[ Gravy ]
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 grated garlic
1 tsp. oil
70 ml water
Salt to taste
2 tsp. cornfl our blended with 1 tbsp. water
Grill Recipes
[ Method ]
1. Blanch the spare ribs in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Then rinse.
2. Marinate ribs for 20 minutes with seasonings.
3. Place on the rack and brush with oil.

5. Garnish with pickles and pineapple.
[ Method ]
1. Wash pork and pat dry. Bind with thread.
2. Marinate with seasonings for 2 to 3 hours.
3. Set the pork on a shallow dish.

5. Brush with honey 2 or 3 minutes before fi nish.
6. After grill let stand for 10 minutes, then cut into slices and serve.
[ Method ]
1. Wash pork and pat dry.
2. Marinate pork with seasonings for 30 minutes.
3. Sprinkle black pepper on marinated pork, then cook on
the rack :

Combine onion and oil; cover, microwave on 100%

5. Add gravy, except blended cornfl our; microwave on 100%
(HIGH) for 1 minute; remove, stir and continue to cook for
another 1 minute.
6. Add tomato; cover and microwave on 100% (HIGH) for
30 seconds.
7. Add blended cornfl our to boiled seasonings; stir until
cornfl our is thick.
8. Top pork steaks with prepared gravy and garnish with
spring onion.
