Minced Meat

Beef

0.2 kg

•  Place frozen minced meat on a shallow dish. 
•  The oven will “beep” and stop, CHECK indicator 

will fl ash on and off. Remove defrosted portions, 
turn over and shield edges with foil strips.

•  Press start to continue defrosting.
•  After defrost time, stand covered with aluminium 

foil for 3-5 minutes.

Chicken Pieces

(Mid-joint of
chicken wings)

0.35 kg

•  Place mid-joint of chicken wings on a shallow 

dish.

•  The oven will “beep” and stop, CHECK indicator 

will fl ash on and off. Turn over, rearrange and 
shield the defrosted portions. 

•  Press start to continue defrosting.
•  After defrost time, stand covered with aluminium 

foil for 5 minutes.

Steaks/Chops

0.3 kg

•  Shield thin end of chops or steaks with foil.
•  Position the food with thinner parts in the centre 

in a single layer on a shallow dish.

  If pieces are stuck  together, try to separate as 

soon as possible.

•  The oven will “beep” and stop, CHECK indicator 

will fl ash on and off. Turn over, rearrange and 
shield the defrosted portions.

•  Press start to continue defrosting.
•  After defrost time, stand covered with aluminium 

foil for 5 minutes.

NOTE

 

1.  When freezing minced meat, shape it into fl at even sizes.

 

 

2.  For chicken pieces, steaks and chops, freeze separately in single fl at layers and if necessary

 

 

interleave with freezer plastic to separate layers. This will ensure even defrosting.

 

 

3.  It is also a good idea to label the packs with the correct weights.
