Have connectors P1703, P1721,
P1722, P1723 and P1724 come off or
are they loose?

Securely insert the connectors.

Is each cooling fan rotating?

Check the cooling fan.

The lamp light-up. After about 30 sec-
onds, the TEMP LED flash red and
the lamp turn off.

Check the TEMP1 and TEMP0
signal line.

Is approx. 3 V applied to TL1721?

Check peripheral circuits of Q1721.

Is 12 V applied to TL1761?

Check IC1761, IC3802 and peripheral
circuits.
