Close the rear door.

Remove the jammed paper.

Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

Remove the tray.

To prevent damage from
electrostatic discharge, touch the metal plate at the back of
the printer where the cables plug in before accessing or
touching interior areas of the printer.

Remove the jammed paper.

Insert the tray.
