Multi-Access Operation
Procedures for Using Multi-Access
1) Interrupting a copy job
1
Press the INTERRUPT key during a copy job.
●
Copying stops temporarily and the job can be interrupted. For details, refer to the
manual for copy mode.
2) Changing to a different print job during a copy job or auto print job
The procedure for changing to a print job during a copying job is explained here.

Press the JOB STATUS key. (
page 5)

Select "FAX/PRINT OUTPUT" or "JOB OUTPUT" with the
keys and then press the OK key. (
page 6)

Select a job whose status is "WAITING" with the
keys, and
then press the OK key.

Select "YES" with the
keys and then press the OK key.

The current job temporarily stops and the selected job is printed.

Press the START key to recommence copying.

The interrupted job recommences.
Notes
●
You can change to fax print job or a print job during copying.
●
You can change to a fax print job during a print job, or change to a print job during a fax
print job.
●
You cannot change to another job after interrupting the current job if the current job is a
two-sided copy job, two-sided print job, or 2in1/4in1 copy job.
