• Cooking time may vary a little depending on the kind or volume of rice and ingredients, room temperature, water
temperature, voltage, etc.

HOW TO USE AUTO START Setting
Please use this setting if you want to delay cook up time.
Set the desired cook up time. (Total hours required from auto start setting to rice finish cooking.)
EX. Suppose you want to have white rice cooked after 8 hours.
WARM/CLEAR key
If you press the key once, it will be WARM function, and twice, it will be CLEAR function.
The rice cooker also automatically goes from cooking to warming.
WARM - To keep warm without cooking.
CLEAR - To correct error or to clear any pre-set programs.
HELPFUL HINTS for WARM
･ Do not warm for more than 12 hours.
･ Do not use for reheating cold rice.
･ Do not use for warming rice with added ingredients or porridge.
･ During warming, do not leave the rice scoop in the inner pot.
･ Do not use the warm function for a small amount of rice on more than 12 hours. In such case,
it is advisable to put the rice in the refrigerator and later warm it with a microwave oven.
• Press the CLEAR key if an error was made while programming.
• Do not cook the rice mixed with ingredients or seasonings when Auto Start setting is used.
• Do not set the Auto Start setting too long in summer time as the water may deteriorate.
Cooking Chart
After preparing the amount of rice, adjust
water level, setting the inner pot and close
the lid securely,
press TIMER key.
• Set the cook up time.
(If you want to cook up after 8 hours, press
TIMER key 8 times.)
• Timer can be set 1 to 12 hours.
• Cooking will begin immediately if the setting
time is 1 hour. (In case of NATURAL RICE,
2 hours.)
Press the required MENU (COOK) key.
WHITE RICE, NATURAL RICE and PORRIDGE
key can be used.
• Auto start timer starts by pressing MENU
key. And the display of timer will shift every
one hour to indicate the remaining time.

• Stir the rice well within 30 minutes after cooking.
• After using, press CLEAR key, then pull the
plug from the electric wall receptacle.
