Loading the Document

3. Sending

Insert the document face down in the

document feeder. The top edge of the
document should enter the feeder first.

•

SEND READY will appear in the
display.

Adjust the resolution and/or contrast settings as explained on page 58,

then dial the receiving machine as explained on page 60.

Note: When inserting a large number
of pages in the feeder, slant the front
end of the stack so that the bottom
pages enter first.
