Operating the Answering Machine

Listening to received messages

When you return, the display will show the number of messages recorded. 
Follow the steps below to listen to your messages.

1

Press .

•

If you only want to listen to new messages (messages not previously 

listened to), continue to hold 

 down for at least two seconds.

2

The messages will play.

•

As each message plays, the date and time of recording will appear briefly in 
the display. If no messages were received, NO MESSAGES will appear.

•

Repeat: To listen to a message a second time, press 

 before 

playback of that message ends. To move back to the previous message, 

press 

 within 3 seconds of the beginning of the current message.

•

Skip: To skip forward to the next message, press 

.

Note: Playback will stop if you receive a call, lift the handset, or press 

.
