Using the SEARCH DIAL key
If you don’t remember the Rapid Key or Speed Dial number in which you have stored
a particular fax number, you can search for the number by following the steps below.
Once you have found the number, you can dial it and transmit the loaded document
by simply pressing the
START
key.
Note:
Only names programmed for automatic dialling numbers will appear when you search;
the full numbers themselves will not appear. You cannot search for a number if a name
has not been associated with it.

Press the SEARCH DIAL key (flip up
the Rapid Key overlay).

Enter the first letter of the stored
name by pressing the appropriate
letter entry key (flip down the Rapid
Key overlay).

If you don’t remember the first letter,
go to Step 3 (you will scroll through the
list from the beginning).
