Listening to a Cassette Tape (TAPE 2)
To stop playback:
Press the ( /RETURN) button.
Fast forward/rewind on side A:
To advance the tape, press the PRESET
(
) button. To rewind it, press the
PRESET (
) button.
Fast forward/rewind on side B:
To advance the tape, press the
PRESET (
) button. To rewind it, press the
PRESET

) button.
Caution:

To remove the cassette, press the ( /RETURN) button, and then open the com-
partment.
!
Before changing from one tape operation to another, press the ( /RETURN) but-
ton.
!
If a power failure occurs during tape operation, the tape head will remain engaged
with the tape and the cassette door will not open. Wait until power is restored.

Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.

Press the TAPE (1 2) button to select TAPE 2.

Open the cassette door by pushing
the area marked " PUSH EJECT".

Load a cassette into the TAPE 2 cas-
sette compartment with side A facing
you.

Press the
button to choose one
side or both sides.

To listen to both sides.
...
For endless repeat play of both sides.

To listen to one side.

Press the ( /SELECT/RESUME) button to listen to side A, or
the button for side B.
To play both sides (
), start from side A. When playback starts from side B, side
A will not be played.
