SUPERSTEAM BAKE
RECIPES FOR CAKE
[ Ingredients ]
1 tsp Margarine to grease
the springform
225g Margarine
225g Caster Sugar
4
Eggs (Medium)
225g Plain Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
200 g Glace Cherries
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
2 tbsp Milk
MAKES 1.1 kg
[ Method ]
1. Grease and line the springform.
2. Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
4. Fold in the flour and baking powder, stir in the cherries, vanilla essence and milk.
5. Spoon in the mixture into the springform and smooth the surface.
6. Place the springform on rack in baking tray.
7. Preheat is pre-programmed. Select the menu and desired doneness, then press
START
to preheat.
8. When preheat is over, place the baking tray on lower position. Press
START
.
9. After baking, allow to cool in the springform for 10 minutes.

• Remove the package and place on baking tray. After
preheating, put the baking tray in the oven.
• After cooking, place on a plate and serve.

Select STANDARD for thin type and MORE for thick type.

2. Separate the eggs.
3. Cream the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the grated carrots, lemon juice and almonds.
5. Fold in the flour and baking powder.
6. In a separate dish, beat the egg whites until stiff. Carefully fold into the cake
mixture.
7. Spoon in the mixture into the springform and smooth the surface.
8. Place the springform on rack in baking tray.
9. Preheat is pre-programmed. Select the menu and desired doneness, then
press
START
to preheat.
10. When preheat is over, place the baking tray on lower position. Press
START
.
11. After baking, allow to cool in the springform for 10 minutes.
