No monitor audio output
Is the audio output from the monitor set at “VARIABLE” or
“FIXED” on the menu screen?
NO Check IC8001 (CPU) and its peripheral circuits.
YES
Are there the audio signal outputs (I2S Line) at pins (H4)
(LINE_LRCLK), (J4) (LINE_MCLK), (K3) (LINE_BCLK) and (K4)
(LINE_DATA) of IC8001 (CPU)? NO Check IC8001 (CPU) and its peripheral circuits.
YES
Does the audio signal come from pins (H4/J4/K3/K4)
(LINE_LRCLK/LINE_MCLK/LINE_BCLK/LINE_DATA) of IC8001
to pins (4) (LRCLK), (1) (MCLK), (2) (BCLK) and (3) (DATA) of
IC1301 (Audio DAC)? NO Check IC8001 (CPU) and each signal lines/its peripheral circuits.
YES
Does the audio signal come from pins (11) (AOUTL) and (10)
(AOUTR) of IC1301 to pins (4) (L) and (2) (R) of J507? NO Check the line between IC1301 and J507 and their peripheral
circuits.
YES
Check the LINE_MUTE line and its peripheral circuits (Q1310/
Q1311, etc).
Check the connector (J507) and their peripheral circuits, and
speakers and the Cable.
