ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT:
Prior to assembly it is important to decide on the location of the umbrella.
• Allow ample height to avoid damage to your umbrella during assembly and
usage.
• Choose a location that is level and sturdy.
• Avoid any sloping or soft ground.
After you installed your mount kit or assembled your steel base weight, you are
ready to assemble the external stem.
Assemble
• Remove external stem from carton.
• Attach external stem to mount kit adapter plate, in-ground fitting or steel base
weight with provided (4) stem bolts (Fig. 1). Tighten using 5mm hexagon
wrench to secure in place.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Carefully lift and insert umbrella into external stem (Fig. 2).
• Rotate umbrella to desired position.
• Tighten base stem clamp by turning handle clockwise to secure umbrella in
place (Fig. 3).
NOTE:
Base stem clamp on external stem may loosen over time. Simply tighten
clamp during use of umbrella.
