3.21 Test functions
Test programs can be used in the event of it being necessary to check the correct operation of the fixture or some of
its parts.
To selection the required test program, proceed as follows:
1. Connect Giotto Profile to the power supply, wait till it has completed reset operations and “DMX signal” appears
on the display.
2. Use the UP/DOWN keys to find the “Test” menu.
3. Press ENTER and hold it down for a few seconds to confirm. The message on the display will start to flash.
4. Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the program corresponding to the part of the fixture to be tested.
5. Press ENTER to run the test program.
6. To quit the test functions, press ENTER once, then press it again for a few seconds until “Test” re-appears on the
display.
3.22 Reserved functions
Some fixture functions can't be accessed by operators as they regard software sections as yet to be defined in this
firmware release. When RESERVED appears on the display, you're in this section. Access is forbidden.
