If the interior of the cutter is dusty, printing quality can be lowered.
In such a case, follow the instructions below to clean up the printer.
NOTE
Make sure to turn the printer power off before starting cleaning.
Cutter cleaning

Unscrew the Cutter cover to separate from the printer.

Use an applicator swab moistened with an alcohol solution to clean the
cutter and remove any dusts.

Once the cleaning is completed, reassemble the printer in reverse orders of
steps.

Please use the printer after 1~2 minutes.
