Sending in product for repair

Please contact SEW-EURODRIVE Electronics Service if a malfunction cannot be
rectified

Provide the following information when sending the unit in for repair:

• Serial number (

nameplate)

• Type designation

• Short description of the application (application, control via terminals or serial)

• Connected components (motor, etc.)

• Nature of the fault

• Accompanying circumstances

• Your own assumptions

• Any unusual events preceding the problem, etc.
