Subfault: 64.36
Description: SLI maximum speed exceeded in negative direction of movement
Fault class: Warning
Cause
Measure
Parameterized maximum speed exceeded in at
least one active SLI drive safety function.
– Check the maximum speed of the application
while the drive safety function is active, and ad-
just if necessary.
– Check the parameter setting of the safety card
(maximum speed), and adjust if necessary.
Subfault: 64.38
Description: SLI maximum position change exceeded
Fault class: Warning
Cause
Measure
Maximum permitted position change exceeded in
at least one active SLI drive safety function.
– Deactivate the SLI drive safety function, ac-
knowledge the fault, and activate SLI again.
– Check the encoder.
– If the fault occurs repeatedly, replace the safety
card and send it together with the fault number to
SEW‑EURODRIVE. For further support, contact
SEW‑EURODRIVE Service.

Description: SLP maximum speed exceeded in positive direction of movement
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
Maximum speed exceeded with active SLP drive
safety function.
Deactivate the SLP drive safety function before
acknowledging the fault. Reduce the SLP speed.
Activate the SLP drive safety function again.
Subfault: 64.40
Description: SLP maximum speed exceeded in negative direction of movement
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
Maximum speed exceeded with active SLP drive
safety function.
Deactivate the SLP drive safety function before
acknowledging the fault. Reduce the SLP speed.
Activate the SLP drive safety function again.
Subfault: 64.41
Description: SLP 1 limit position exceeded
Response: FS – warning
Cause
Measure
Limit position SLP exceeded.
Deactivate the SLP drive safety function before
acknowledging the fault. Set the SLP limit posi-
tion in the valid range. Activate the SLP drive
safety function again.
