Ambient tempera-
ture
ELVCD drives are available in standard design and low temperature design. Please
observe the permitted ambient temperature on the nameplate.
FS logo
The FS logo on the nameplate is based on the combination of safety-related compon-
ents that is installed. It is only present if the motor has been manufactured accordingly
and contains at least one component that has undergone technical safety evaluation.
The number specifies which components of the ELVCD drive are safety-related. The
following numbers are possible:

Drive design
ELVCD = drive with integrated inverter
ELVCD-EC = drive with mounting close to the
motor
The ELVCD drive is available as stand-alone motor or gearmotor.
Nearly all gear unit designs that can be combined with the CMP50S and CMP50M
motors can be realized with the ELVCD drive.
