Screw CAPS (E) into tops of POLES
(C) through BIN (B).
STEP 4.
Attach WHEELS (F) to one
BASE FRAME (A), and attach
LOCKING WHEELS (G) to
other BASE FRAME (A) with
WRENCH (H).
