Repeater known issues
At the time of the connection, some errors can appear due to various situations.
Related to GPRS connections:
1- No error APN Cmd:
- Operator not configured
- Sim not detected
Settop Repeater is not detecting the SIM card (
). Check the SIM card, remove the
PIN code or try with another SIM Card if is posible.
Configuration not detected (
). Configure your APN manually or contact your GSM
provider.
2- ERROR 3
Is not posible to establish a GPRS connection to the defined adress.
- The GPRS signal is not enough. It can be a temporary problem of the operator or try if
is posible to establish the connection in other area.
-The adress is not valid. Check the characters of your IP Adress.
3- ERROR 4:
Can not send or receive data from the server.
SETTOP Repeater stops the communication because GPRS Signal is interrupted, etc.
Automatically SETTOP Repeater will try to reconnect. Please wait for the reconnection.
Related to caster protocol:
4- ERROR 5:
This message will appear, if user name or password are not valid.
The caster inform us that the user name or password are not correct. Please verify the
characters used.
5- ERROR 6:
Base not found.
