Clutch operation
·When engine idling, pull the clutch lever all the way, to see whether there is abnormal noise or abnormal heavy.
·Slowly release the clutch lever and start, then check whether the clutch gear together smoothly without slipping
Clutch handle adjustment
The free travel of the clutch joystick end is for 10 ~ 20 mm. For adjusted, loosen the locknut on clutch manipulation and adjust the specified
free travel of clutch handle.
For a wide range of adjustment, adjust the clutch adjustment stud on the right cover of engine.
To be adjusted, loosen the clutch side locking nut and turn the adjuster.
After adjustment, tighten the lock nut. After completing the adjustment, pull the handle of the clutch until it is felt to have resistance and verify
whether its free travel within the prescribed level.
