Congratulations with your Serpent 411 Team Edition racing car.
The Serpent Team Edition has the following changes compared to the Serpent 411

RCM shock-absorbers, see manual on next pages
l
Modified gear-differential with new gears, new shafts and modified cases. The assembly way remains the same as before.
Smoother diff action.
l
Flex-type top-deck, which mounts same way as the regular one, allows more flex in the chassis for improved grip/handling.
l
Ackermann v2 steeringplate, which allows Ackermann changes by putting more or less shims, start with 2mm shims.
Assembly is similar and easy.
l
Carbon fibre Lipo brackets to hold the battery better in place. Mount below the nylon battery-tape guiders, see in this manual.
l
Longer rear anti-roll bar, which allows to use the 2nd mounting spot in front of rear arms. First assembly remains the same.
Remark: do NOT cut the anti-roll bar as shown in A41.
l
Increased diameter body-posts for more stabilty
l
Larger front foam bumper in new design, mounts same way as before.
