Before using the adapter please read this handbook carefully because it provides every basic
setting.

2. Hardware and Software installation
1. Plug in the adapter in any free USB port available in your notebook PC.

All the needed drivers should be installed if you’re already connected to Internet
3. If the drivers are not installed by default, insert the installation CD in your CD/DVD
ROM, double click on „Setup.exe”, the setup program will guide you on installing all the
necessary drivers.
4. You will be asked to restart the computer after the setup program is finished.
5. The Setup program will install also the Realtek USB LAN Adapter Utility that will help
you to see general infos about your wireless connection, view all available wireless
networks, see the status of the Adapter and statistics about the current connection.
