Connect the new tube to the right side fitting and roll the tube 

around the rotor while turning it.

Connect the other tube end to the left side fitting.

Install the front cover on the pump.

Insert the reagent tubes all the way to the bottom of the 

corresponding bottles (see 

Reagent tube numbering, p. 36

).

Prime the reagent tubes (see
