5. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Supplies Needed:
• Mild dish soap
• Clean dish towel or soft brush
• Drinking-quality water
Parts to wash or sanitize:
• Breastshield
• Milk bottle
• Bottle cap
• Connector
• Valve
• Cap
• Suction Bowl
• Dust Cap

• Pump machine
CAUTION
• Separate and wash all parts that are
exposed to breast milk immediately
after use. This will help to remove
breast milk residue and prevent
growth of bacteria.
• Only use drinking-quality tap or
bottled
water for cleaning.
• When cleaning the valves do not use
small objects such as brushes.
Be careful not to puncture.
• Disassemble, wash and rinse all parts
of your pump kit that come in contact
with the breast and milk except motor
unit.
1. Wash

Rinse all separated parts that
touch the breast and breast
milk in cool water to remove
breast milk residue.
Step 2 –
Soak in warm soapy water for
5 minutes, then wash and rinse.
Step 3 –
Allow parts to air dry. Store
dry parts in a cool place
when not in use.

2. Sanitize
Before first use and once per day
Step 1 – Fill pot with water to cover all
parts. Bring to a boil.
Step 2 – Place parts in boiling water for
10 minutes.
Step 3 – Allow parts to air dry. Store
dry parts in a cool place
when not in use.
Wipe pump machine
with a clean, damp cloth.
