Open the quick release lever.
Slide the red folding button upward
while pulling on the handle.
Step on the lever
Unfold the scooter
Assemble the handle bars
Lock the top clamp
Adjust the height after unfolding
the clamp, if the screws are
loose, tight it
Unfold completely
Lower the height of the
handlebars by tightening
the clamp
Unfold the top clamp, and press
the button to separate the handles
Assemble the handle bars
Fold completely
