IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING - The following basic precautions
should always be followed when using the product:
1. The product is for household use only. Do not
use outdoors.
2. The product is not a toy and should be kept
out of reach of children. Otherwise, serious injury
could result. Close supervision is necessary when
the product is accessible to small children.
3. The product is to be only used with high qual-
ity of “Scented Wax from SERENE HOUSE” and is
not intended to be used for food, drinks or din-
ing services. (Never use the product for anything
other than their intended purposes.)
4. The product may become hot when in use. Do
not touch the product when in use or put fingers
or hands into the wax.
5. To protect against burns caused by accidental
spillage of hot wax, place the product in a safe and
level position on a table or countertop.
6. Place cord and wax warmer in a position where
it cannot be tipped over. Never allow the cord of
the product to hang over a counter edge or table
or touch any hot surface.
7. Never attach other adaptors or additional elec-
trical parts, as fire or dangerous electrical shock
could result.
8. Unplug the product when not in use and before
cleaning.
9. Never plug in the product with a wet hand or a
wet cord. Keep the outside of the product dry. It
is not submersible.
10. If the electrical cord is damaged, it must be re-
placed by the manufacturer or its service agent or
a similarly qualified person to avoid hazard.
11. The product has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other).To reduce the risk of elec-
tric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polar-
ized outlet only. If the plug does not fit fully into
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to
modify the plug in any way.
12. a) A short power-supply cord is provided to re-
duce the risks resulting from becoming entangled
in or tripping over a longer cord .
b) Extension cords are available and may be used if
care is exercised in their use.
c) If an extension cord is used, the marked electri-
cal rating of the detachable power-supply cord or
extension cord should be at least as great as the
electrical rating of the product
13. Do not move or touch the product when in
use. Never leave the product in use unattended.
ALLOW the product to cool thoroughly before
handling.
14. Avoid using in drafty area.
15. To avoid fire, electric shock, injury or damage,
do not place the product in the areas listed below:
