This command can be used to deﬁne the Service ID, scrambling vector and Null-Data-
Algorithm (NDA) usage of the L-Band service provider. The

ServiceID

ScramblingVector

are 4-digit hexadecimal numbers.

This command should only be used for test and maintenance purposes.
