Frame rate can be modified thorugh Valid Line Number (Height on GenIcam command).
Valid Line Number is calculated from as following formura.

38 /129 / (Vertical AOI Valid Line 18 ) x 1,000,000 [fps]

*Vertical AOI Valid Line Number: 2Line unit (Minimum: 2 Line)
*Horizontal pixel number does not make effect framerate.
