2. Power on the display and set the CODEC, this determines
how much space the recording will consume. If using a PC
to play the files, use a DNx codec. For Mac, use a ProRes
format.

Note:
•
not all CODECs may be available
depending on the recorder model
•
the container file extension will be
.mov unless a .mxf type is chosen
•
the average file size is estimated at
~7GB for 10 minutes or 38-46GB per
hour, the amount of movements and
changes in the video image can affect
file size to either smaller or larger.
3. Insert recording media into display.
When inserting a 32GB SD-HC card,
the device will show approximately 45
minutes of recording time.
4. Refer to device manual for storage
card selection, formatting, and file /
disk naming, as necessary. Choose
exFAT for PC, or OSx for Mac.
