, check the stability of the heater on an even, dry and firm surface .
USING THE HEATER
1 . Place the heater on an even, dry and firm surface and plug it into a power socket . Turn the
temperature control dial A

clockwise to maximum, and to turn it on, set the power switch A
3
to position I (On) . The indicator light turns on to indicate that the heating element is turned on .
Note:
Upon first use or after it has not been used for an extended period of time, a slight odour may
be sensed from the heater . This is completely normal and will quickly disappear .
2 . When the required room temperature is reached, it is necessary to set the thermostat to maintain
this temperature . To set the thermostat, slowly turn the control dial A
2
anticlockwise until a click
is heard and the indicator light turns off . The built-in thermostat will maintain the set temperature
by automatically switching the heating element on and off . This is indicated by the indicator light
turning on and off . You can increase or decrease the temperature at any time by turning the control
dial A
2
clockwise or anticlockwise .
3 . When you have finished using the heater, set the control dial A
2
to minimum and turn off the heater
by setting the power switch A
3
to position 0 (Off) . Disconnect the power cord from the power socket .
