Chapter 2 Introducing the Web Configurator

Obtain the default configuration file, unzip it and save it in a folder. Use a console cable to 
connect a computer with terminal emulation software to the NOA-3570’s console port. Turn 
the NOA-3570 off and then on to begin a session. When you turn on the NOA-3570 again, you 
will see the initial screen. When you see the message “Press any key to enter Debug Mode 
within 3 seconds” press a key to enter debug mode.

To upload the configuration file, do the following:

Type “atlc” after the Enter Debug Mode message.

Wait for the Starting XMODEM upload message before activating XMODEM upload on 
your terminal.

This is an example Xmodem configuration upload using HyperTerminal. Click 

Transfer,

 

then 

Send File

 to display the following screen.

After a successful configuration file upload, type “atgo” to restart the NOA-3570.

The NOA-3570 is now reinitialized with a default configuration file including the default 
password of “1234” and IP address of 192.168.1.2.

2.4  Navigating the NOA-3570 Web Configurator

The following summarizes how to navigate the web configurator from the 

MAIN MENU

 

screen.

Note: 

Follow the instructions you see in the MAIN MENU screen or click the 

 

icon (located in the top right corner of most screens) to view online help.

The 

 icon does not appear in the MAIN MENU screen.

Type the configuration
 file’s location, or 

click 

Browse

 to 

search for it.
Choose the 

Xmodem

 protocol.

Then click 

Send

.
