No.sound.is.being.
recorded. Activate.phantom.power.on.your.camcorder,.mixer,.or.recording.device.
Make.sure.the.camcorder.or.mixer.is.turned.on.
Your.preamp.gain.may.be.turned.all.the.way.down..Gradually.turn.it.up.
until.reaching.a.satisfactory.input.level.
Make.sure.the.microphone.is.properly.connected.and.that.the.
connections.are.secure.
The.sound.is.
distorted. Move.the.microphone.away.from.the.sound.source.
The.preamp.gain.may.be.too.high..Gradually.turn.it.down.until.reaching.
a.satisfactory.input.level.
Can’t.record.in.
mono.mode. Make.sure.the.phantom.power.for.the.right.channel.is.turned.off,.and.
the.left.channel.is.on.
If.the.problem.persists,.turn.off.phantom.power.to.the.right.channel,.
and.disconnect.the.right.channel.XLR.
