Before installing the LIFT arm be sure to leave this in
the open position until it is mounted correctly to avoid
accidental harm.
Mount the LIFT arm.
Click the arm onto the mounting
peg with a firm push.
Then, by pushing the lower part of the arm inwards, click the connecting
hook onto the mounting plate in the door with a firm click.
Adjust the Door position.
The door should sit in a
natural position as shown below. Use a cordless drill to
change the spring tension so the action opens nicely.

You are now finished:
Remember, you still use the Door
Hinges to conduct normal panel adjustment for that perfect
fit in your design!

Open the HK-XS pack:
Locate the
mounting bracket and fix to the sup-
plied holes in the Gable.
Install the Fixing hardware on the door!
Identify the mounting plate for the
door and fix this to the pre-drilled holes in the door panel.
You can now clip the door onto the carcass.
Be sure to have the unit so the mounting peg is
at the bottom…
