TERMS OF WARRANTY
SelfMaker gives 12 months of warranty for all sold SelfClean devices.
1 The warranty covers damage resulting from product structural
defects.

The warranty does not cover:
mechanical, thermal and chemical damages,
improper use of the product, contrary to its intended use,
damage resulting from incorrect selection of a spare part,
intentional damage to the product (e.g. attempting to repair, removing
a component, interference of unauthorized person)
natural wear of the product resulting from its constant use,
incorrect assembly of the product,
damage caused by force majeure (e.g. power network surge, lightning).
3 Complaints are examined only for devices, whose warranty period has
not expired and which have a detailed description of the damage
attached to the package.

The customer delivers the complained product to the place of purchase
on his own and at his own expense.
5 After verification of the complaint - faulty devices are repaired or
replaced with new ones, while the functional devices are sent back at
the customer's expense.

In the case of product repair, the time to process a complaint is up to
30 days from the date of verification of the complaint.

The customer has the option of returning the purchased device in 14
days from the date of delivery and is obliged to return it at his own
expense (unless otherwise agreed) in the original packaging with the
proof of purchase copy attached (VAT invoice). The returned product
cannot bear traces of use or be damaged (also applies to packaging).
