9.4.3. Internal Fault Description
The intelligent safety warning will be triggered with the Trekker PT detects any internal fault (such as
power failure of one battery, and breakdown of one balance sensor unit). If the rider is still riding the
Trekker PT, he should get off and contact the authorized main dealer for repair. If you hear the alarm
sound just after power-on, it may be caused by low battery, so please charge it. In case it fails, please
contact your main dealer for help. If you installed the app on your smartphone, you can use the
'vehicle information' function of the app to determine what the problem is and how to solve it.
