INSTALLATION
MOUNTING:
OPTION 1: BRACKET MOUNTING
1. Find a suitable location on the trunk lip or license plate bezel to secure the mounting bracket
down to the body of the vehicle
2. Use the supplied 3M double-side tape to mount the bracket or you can also use screws to
secure it down. If using screws, make sure to double check behind the mounting surface.
3. Route the wire harness through the rear bumper of the vehicle or through any kind of rubber
grommet on the vehicle. If you have to drill a hole, make sure to seal the hole once you route
the wiring through to prevent leaking or moisture damage.
4. The flexible mounting bracket can be bent to give the driver the best viewing angle
OPTION 2: FLUSH MOUNTING
1. Twist the front camera lens cover counter clockwise to remove it. Once the cover is remove,
slide the red O-Ring and the metal lip mount bracket off of the camera and then slide the
supplied alternate metal flush mounting bracket and the O-ring back onto the camera.
2. Twist the alternate flush-mount camera lens cover clockwise onto the camera
3. Use the provided hole saw bit to drill the hole of the camera
4. Route the wire harness through the drilled hole and into the vehicle.
5. Snap the camera into place and adjust to give the correct viewing angle
