It would usually be recommended to remove any existing hard wired radio receivers before installing the new
Seav Radio Receiver
- ALWAYS ENSURE THE 24 Volt TERMINAL IS IDENTIFIED AND CONNECTED FIRST
– ENSURE ALL POWER IS ISOLATED AND TURNED OFF
Standard wiring instructions to suit most 3 terminal garage door operators not listed above:
Terminal 1, on electric operator – connect to Terminals 2 and 4 on the Seav Receiver
Terminal 2, on electric operator – connect to Terminal 3 on the Seav Receiver
Terminal 3, on electric operator – connect to Terminal 1 on the Seav Receiver
Alternative wiring instructions to suit some other garage door operators:
Terminal 1, on electric operator – connect to Terminal 1 on the Seav Receiver
Terminal 2, on electric operator – connect to Terminal 3 on the Seav Receiver
Terminal 3, on electric operator – connect to Terminals 2 and 4 on the Seav Receiver
