Speed = 1500 / wire diameter
Eg: wire diameter = 0.47mm, then
Speed = 1500 / 0.47
= 3191.5 rpm

Layer turns for given bobbin width and wire diameter is
Turns = bobbin width / wire diameter
Eg: wire diameter = 0.47mm, bobbin width = 50mm, then
Turns = 50 / 0.47
= 106.38 ~ 106 turns per layer
c.
Maximum traverse start for given bobbin width is
Traverse position = traverse start + bobbin width
Eg: traverse start =
Traverse position = 15 + 80 = 95mm < 99.9

Do not put any material inside the slots of machine top plate.
Make sure the mandrill is tight, before winding.
Do not touch the mandrill or bobbin while the spindle is rotating.
Do not push or pull the traverse unit when the machine in ON.
Try to avoid the stop function when the spindle is rotating at higher speeds
decelerate the spindle before stopping, i.e. at the end of winding spindle has to stop
after coming to lowest speed. To
