Always distribute the load evenly over the surface of the wheelbarrow.

overload the wheelbarrow.

inflate the tyre to more than 25psi.
2. INTRODUCTION
H
eavy duty wheelbarrow ideal for construction as well as general domestic use. Our wheelbarrows use air filled pneumatic tyres, perfect for
absorbing impact and are ideal for use on uneven surfaces and rough terrain. Constructed with strong tubular steel frame and rubber gripped
handles. Wheel Size: Ø390mm.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1.
FRAME ASSEMBLY
4.1.1.
Carefully remove plastic wrapping from the frame.
4.1.2.
Carefully remove component package from cross member.
4.1.3.
The front support arm is already engaged with the frame. This will need adjustment at the final stage of assembly.
4.2.
WHEEL ASSEMBLY
4.2.1.
Locate plastic bearing supports into recesses in wheel hub.
4.2.2.
Undo and remove one of the bolts on the end of the metal bearing shaft.
4.2.3.
Locate wheel within the frame brackets and slide the bearing shaft through.
4.2.4.
Refit bolt and tighten to ensure a secure fit of wheel assembly within the frame.
4.3.
PAN AND FRAME ASSEMBLY
4.3.1.
Partially invert pan to allow internal access to the fixing holes.
4.3.2.
Pass screws from inside the pan, through the frame fixing holes, and engage plain washer, spring washer and nut pack
on outside.

DO NOT
tighten the fixings until all fixings are in place and engaged.
4.4.
FRONT SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
4.4.1.
Adjust the location of the support to enable alignment of the hole in the support to match with the fixing hole in the pan.
4.4.2.
Pass the screw through the pan from the inside to the outside and engage plain washer, spring washer and nut pack.
FINAL ASSEMBLY
4.4.3.
With all fixings in place, apply final tightening to all fixings.
