4.  CHARGING

Note: Fully charge the lamp before first use.

4.1.    

Connect the charger into the charging port (Fig.1) on the bottom of the lamp.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Plug into power supply and turn on, the charging led (Fig.1) will light Red  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

to show charging has commenced.

4.2.    

When the battery is nearly fully charged the led will change to oRAnGe.

4.3.    

When the battery has fully charged the led will change to GReen.

5.  OPERATION

5.1.    

direct the lens away from your eyes before switching on. Their are two buttons  

 

in the switch the top button with an upward facing arrow turns on the 7 led  

 

array on the top of the lamp. The downward facing arrow turns on the 24 SMd  

 

array. See Fig.1.

5.2.    

Suspend the lamp by the hanging hook. When the lamp is hanging from the  

 

hook it can be rotated through 360° for more precise positioning.

5.3.    

Alternatively use the integral magnet on the rear of the lamp (Fig.2) to attach to  

 

any ferrous surface.

6.  MAINTENANCE

6.1.    

Keep the inspection lamp free from dirt and grease, use a damp cloth and  

 

a mild detergent. 

DO NOT

 submerge the lamp in water or subject it to any  

 

acids or detergent that may degrade the materials of the lamp’s construction.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to 
a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the product becomes completely 
unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and fluids 
according to local regulations.

WEEE REGULATIONS

dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the eU directive on Waste electrical and electronic equipment 
(Weee). When the product is no longer required, it must be disposed of in an environmentally protective way. Contact your local solid 
waste authority for recycling information.

BATTERy REMOVAL

Under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009, Jack Sealey ltd are required to inform potential purchasers of products 
containing batteries (as defined within these regulations), that they are registered with Valpak’s registered compliance scheme. Jack
