The battery fitted to this lamp is considered to be a consumable item and its ability to accept a charge will reduce over time.
We will provide warranty against mechanical and electrical defect for a period of one year - this does not cover fair wear and tear.
If the battery is not properly charged before first use, or regularly conditioned, its capacity will diminish. Under these circumstances
we will not replace the battery regardless of whether it is less than one year old.
note:
the lithium battery does not suffer from memory effect and once fully charged may be stored for up to six months without
another charge.
4. oPeration
Warning!

4.3.1.
Charge the battery before use. Only use the charger supplied with the floodlight.

imPortant:
Ensure the floodlight is turned ‘Off’ whilst charging. Failure to do so will damage the charger.

Insert the charger jack plug into the socket on the back of the floodlight.
4.3.3.
the red led indicates that it is charging. When the battery is fully charged the light will turn off.
4.3.4.
When the battery goes flat, charge the battery as soon as possible. Battery life will be affected if it is left discharged for a long time.

Press the on/off button on the back to turn on. select 50% or 100% as required.

environmental Protection
recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. all tools, accessories and packaging should be

of in an environmentally protective way. contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information.
battery removal
Undo 4 screws on back of floodlamp and remove front panel. Use great care so as to not damage the battery. Cut wires
one at a time, carefully remove the battery. under the Waste batteries and accumulators regulations 2009, Jack sealey
Ltd are required to inform potential purchasers of products containing batteries (as defined within these regulations), that
they are registered with Valpak’s registered compliance scheme. Jack sealey ltd’s batteries Producer registration
