3.3 Take the mask off
1) Losen the strap.
2) Pass the elastic strap over the head, towards the face.
3) Take the mask off the face.
4 Cleaning and disinfection

WARNING!
The respiratory protection filter must be replaced every 24 hours of use. Failure
to observe this rule seriously endangers the health of the user.
Cleaning and disinfection of the masks must be performed after each use.

ATTENTION!
Do not use cleaners containing hydrocarbons, solvents [for example, nitro
thinner], or cleaners containing aggressive surfactants.
Clean parts must not be dried with radiant heat [e.g. sun, radiators].
After drying, keep the mask away from direct sunlight.
Perform a sealing test at the end of the cleaning, disinfection and every time the
membranes of the valves and / or the respiration protection filter are replaced.
4.1 Cleaning and disinfection procedures
1) Remove the filter from the mask.
2) Administration of Detrisan or similar product inside the mask for 30 “
3) Administration of 5% sodium hypochlorite solution outside the mask for 5 ‘
4) Rinse the mask and submerge it into a water tank
5) Leave it to dry away from direct sunlight
5 Visual and functional check
Visual test
1) Inspect the mask to check there is no damage such as deformations, cracks, cuts
in the facepiece, damaged valves.
The membranes of the valves, especially the membranes of the exhalation valves,
are crucial elements for the functionality of the mask.
2) Defective or damaged parts must be replaced immediately.
