This step-by-step guide will help you navigate around your meter - from checking your
balance to topping up your credit.
Your meter display screen explained
•
LC
: This is your low credit warning indicator. The
letters ‘LC’ will be highlighted on your display screen
when your meter balance is less than £1.

EC
: This is your emergency credit indicator. The
letters ‘EC’ will show on your display screen when
your meter balance is less than £1. The EC indicator
will be highlighted if you have activated the
emergency credit function.

The envelope icon
: This means you have a
message. If the envelope icon is visible on your
display screen, please select the MESSAGES option
from the meter menu.

: This is your meter reading.
