If a dispute arises regarding your
warranty coverage, please follow the
steps described under “If You Need
Assistance” on pages 7-8. Please note
that you must use the Dispute
Settlement Program (or, in California,
the CDSP) before seeking remedies
through a court action pursuant to the
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. You may
also be required to use the Dispute
Settlement Program or CDSP before
seeking remedies under the “Lemon
