8. When the sample injection is complete, test the detector. Refer to 

Test the Detector

. The raw counts should

be between 14 000 and 15 000.

• If at least one of the capillaries has a raw count that is approximately 15 000, then no changes are required.

• If none of the capillaries has a raw count that is approximately 15 000, then set the photomultiplier voltage.

OK

2. In the C100
