Handlebar Assembly

Align the handlebar so it is in line 

with the fork, and tighten the 

steer clamp securely.  

Check Function: With the front 

wheel between your legs, try to 

rotate the handlebar left and right.  

It should stay in place.  If it rotates 

check that the steer clamp is fully 

installed and tighten the clamp 

bolt further.
