SEL recommends that the external 3V0 connected to
VS-NS
or
VN-NN
inputs for
use with the previous elements should be an equivalent of that calculated by
the relay at the generator terminals, given wye-connected PTs (i.e., when a
DELTAY_X := WYE relay calculated 3V0 = VAX + VBX + VCX).
